MVK Zrt. opened its Customer Service Office on 15 July 2004.

The Customer Service Office deals with the following:

  • administration of penalty fares
  • handling lost and found items
  • accepting customer comments
  • information regarding timetables and other issues to passengers.

Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursday 8:00am – 3:30pm
Wednesdays 8:30am – 5:30pm
Fridays 8:00am – 1:30pm
Saturdays, Sundays CLOSED
